To confirm your reservation you need to pay deposit in 30%
amount of full accomodation price, and remaining 70%
when you arrive.

Then inform us deposit payment, so we can make a firm reservation.

In the event of a need to change or cancel your reservation, please
inform us as soon as possible.

Check-in on the date of arrival should be between 12 pm and 6 pm latest.
In case of delay, please contact us on this number +385 (0)23 / 285-232.

In case of cancelation of a confirmed reservation booking due to illness or
circumstances beyond your control, we will refund the total deposit
received, less an administrative fee, provided we receive an official
certificate before the first day of the booking.
Under all other circumstances no refund of deposits will be made.
